When the Universe Unexpectedly Affirms Your Life Choices
When you know you’re right, you’re right, and sometimes the universe just lets you know.
I interrupt my vacation in Ireland to quickly churn this out for the Internet, for the sudden rush of emotion brought on by the past few days was that powerful.
I’ve been on the road and in the sky for several weeks and now reporting from Ireland. I did a travelogue of my return to the east coast, and being back in the homeland made me realize how affirmed I was that Los Angeles is now home.
The trip kicked off with a hilariously awful experience at the world’s most miserable airport, LAX. But the Jewish Wedding Principle I described in that entry held up: various disasters took place, then later had fabulous outcomes.
At the time of writing, this part of the trip is barely half over. Some things turned out even more amazing than I could fathom that don’t even have anything to do with the vacation.
Despite that, it was impossible for me not to notice the dumpster fires’ flames fanning all the way from America’s side of the pond to the Emerald Isle.
