The limited studies on pair bonding in humans have proven that the concept is largely bullshit, but that if the whole oxytocin release is anything to go on—it’s not a reserve you run out of irrespective of gender, and men release MORE of it than women in sex!

Speaking just for me, I didn’t feel emotional connection in sex until I was over 30. I wasn’t open to it my entire twenties, I also just wanted to get laid and have fun then. Which a lot of people do!

Please, they should meet all the women I’ve known who got married after one night stands at punk and hardcore shows.
